I’ve figured out the problem and will upload later today.

OK so the problem im having is the Linked files are not being referenced properly when i export the runtime. Files are in the same folder but it does not want to work. Any suggestions?

try (in blender) “files -> external data -> make all paths relative” then save and try to export again, this works for me at least.
