obligatory update
feel like almost there, damn im behind my deadline for this one… had to finish modeling by today!
the car’s final name i think will be Jupiter, i haven’t researched much but earlier i wanted to name it after some horse but haven’t even done that! anuway whatever
all thats left is
-the lights front and back
-brake discs (i’ll append one from one of my old models)
-branding and stuff
-basic interior
-wheel texturing
-number plates and some other realistic details
all this tomorrow! time for some coffee and energy drinks perhaps.
I’ll be waiting to see how you present this in your renders! good luck.

uhh… not sure whaterever happened to headlights but i’ll photoshop it later
@ctdabomb… im up against a deadline of this which is 30th… so i don’t have time for elaborate scene planning and, at most i can do is some hdri render and many studio renders
after that maybe i can but its the time of the year where my exams are taking place…

scratch the last one, this will be the one, now just gotta make one or two more
That is the oddest looking thing. Hard edges of a Cadillac, roof line of a Mini Clubman, and grille like a Rolls or Bentley. Definitely different.
But is the design appealing? Would you buy it if it was real? does it look good to anyone other than me?
these questions are haunting me for the past week and i was hoping if people can respond to this, cause i can spend days working on the car shader and the lighting and the render but the real question is that is the car good looking or not?
please help i’m in a dilemma whether i should put this in my portfolio or not?
Ok, I’ll put myself out there for the answer you’re after… I hope. I really like the mid section and on back. I’m not crazy about the front of the vehicle. Your technical capabilities aren’t really holding this back, I personally just think that most of the look is being held back by the front end. You might also consider some form of “bumper”. I know this is a concept so that might not translate very well, but I hope this at least gives you some idea of what some of us might be thinking out here.
your response is so much appreciated
and i have to agree that the front part isn’t in harmony with the rest of the car
