Craig, thanks! I don’t know if I will, I sculpt this bonobo more for study/practice in our freetime here at the studio I work. Maybe we will go ahead with this guy and finish with fur.

Studying the human male arm…

this is a good study! bones and muscles look great… two proportionissues i see. first, usually index finger and ring finger have same length, so you would need to lngthen the index finger. secondly, upper arm and lower arm have same length, your sculpt has quite short upperarm ( if i am not mistaken by the camera angles) … other than that, the study is really wonderful!

Dang. these look good! I agree with doris about the upper arm though. Other than that, I love the detail. The veins are nice! Maybe some more lines in the hand. There is usually one that is right in the middle, and your doesn’t seem to have that line.

@doris doris thank you for your feedback, really appreciate. I’ve made some of your suggestions, I still have to make a post on my blog about this study and I’ll share here again. Sorry for take so long to reply on this thread!

@Scotchtapeworm thanks for the comment. I was trying not put too much veins, I used my own hand as reference. :B

Working on a guitar model I did some time ago, render in Cycles.

Watson 3D printed, this is so cool!

Beautiful guitar render! Congrats on the print too!

Hi there, I’ve been working on the guy for a while, still have a lot to do… :spin:
