Looking at the wireframe this is truly some amazing work. I can’t even imagine the time and effort that went into hand modelling and joining the pieces of spaghetti alone. Even if you just made a couple and copy pasted them a bunch of times or used an array it looks like you took the time to join them into one mesh which is absolutely insane. I’m glad that this got featured and I only hope that someday I will reach this level so I can compete with your amazing work. The composition is pretty good as well in my opinion. Excellent job.

This is one of the best i’ve seen so far.
Room for improvement(my thought only):
1). add some slight random oiliness to the spaghetti
2). reduce some exposure, especially around the basil(?) leaves and the spaghetti
This is sortof ingeneous. Im sure i would have come up with something but i dont know that it would have been this (not to dumb down your hard work) simple. Very impressive, very realistic. I am italian and love making it by hand. the over squigelyness CAN and DOES happen if the noodels are too thick. The egg gets cooked very fast. within 30 seconds it is rigid and eatable within 2-3 minutes. Thicker noodles have more to cooke and become harder when you drop them in. It happens and isnt always a bad thing. Good work, you are making me hungry. Think i might make some spaghetti with my risotto tonight.
The sauce looks a trifle glossy but it doesn’t take away from the fact that its an awesome work.

Ignore the crits - this looks good enough to eat. At first I thought the piece was about eating spaghetti with brains, but reading the comments I realised that was tomato sauce.
Forget the green tint - it looks great that way!

I totally agree. If anything i think the green adds to the ambiance of the scene. It does look good enough to eat. I made risotto tonight. Ill make pasta later this week maybe.
