A test with a tram in game:

Looks good, but I’d still try to smooth tram movement. If it is using track to, I would use time and set it to 1(for smoothness).

It is using narrow navmesh. I’ve tried trackto but is more complicated to look like a rail tarm. I’ll do some research on how to do a smooth curve movement.
Any idea?

Nope! Maybe lower turn speed?

Sky and color:

Make a shadowplane under the tram, like a faked ambient occlusion. It will improve the appearance of the tram a lot;)
