I am testing the Blosm add on for google tiles and not able to get any accurate buildings from the middle east. The area and range im testing covers Jordan, KSA, Qatar, and United Emirates. Any ideas how to manually make the add on work for these areas?

Thanks, I have the paid version. But if you know google does not provide that then it is what it is. I will keep searching for a way to make it work.

You can read how to see the areas with the 3D buildings in the Google 3D Tiles in the Introduction section of the documentation.

If 3D buildings are not available for your area of interest in the Google 3D Tiles, OpenStreetMap data can be used.
