Very nice ! How many polygons and bones per worker ?
I assume you have quite a good computer to run this
Are you using physics (just dynamics with sphere collisions) ? From my tests the framerate is much lower with physics, but it was in older versions of blender so I don’t know now.

337 vertices 372 faces 668 tris. 25 bones. Non used physic

You converted the bone animation to vertex?

yes. create new my file format. render with bgl.glCallLists()
