Hi,
I had this little concept piece from my friend Stephane Chung, and I wanted to see how it would look like in 3D.
Better quality version
There was no UVs in any of the objects. I used this automatic image box-mapping trick with blending the seams .
It’s also a little encouragement to support Blender development

i love the modeling work, but i love the posing even more - did you rig the model, or just sculpt it into this position?
That’s really good. The modelling’s amazing. I can’t tell where his mouth is though.
I would have gone a little lighter on the bokeh, 'cause now he looks like ke’s tiny, even though he’s probably not.

FAntastic work.
I just want to say like to some other, there is some trouble with the tentacle shading.
I feel they look like metal or plastic… other than that It’s wonderfull
