Here are so many reasons besides the sculpt like its patchiness on some part of the whole dummy.

I know it says ‘abandoned’ afterwards, but that’s just because phabricator is a bit awkward about patches that aren’t commited with the Arcanist thingymabob. Therefore, read the comments carefully on every patch!
