I’d darken the exterior environment to make the windows darker like on your 2nd reference. It’ll add contrast, realism with the reflections, and a more defined mood to your picture …
I don’t know if you’re still working on this or not, but there’s some things you could add.
The seat and back cushions on the seats are a tad too small.
If you added an advertisement or two, it’d really come together. Those sections above the seats look rather bare.
Add safety posters and signage. Those are always on the rail trains on the emergency back door and near the entry/exit doors.
Years of riding the CTA really ingrain this stuff in your mind. Ha ha!
