As everyone here I think it’s needless to point out whats awesome here, so I hope you find my critique helpful!
One thing I noticed is how some textures look really flat or too glossy, mostly the cloth in the furniture, and maybe the floor some places. Also, the water in the indoor pool scene looks kinda cold and unwelcoming in my opinion. Pools often have lots of baby-blue lighting.
Besides that, it’s really cool! Keep up the good work.
