I would be tempted to add more movement to the elephant’s body, like in this animation of a dragon I made:
The dragon and the elephant both have really massive bodies and they tend to sway from side to side a little (or a lot in the case of the dragon!) as they walk. Your elephants move up and down, and their legs move, but their bodies (at the shoulders) don’t have any side to side movement. You don’t have to make it move as much as my dragon, that animation is supposed to be exagerated to really highlight the monster’s size.
I’d also suggest doing a little more work on the textures. It looks like you’ve done a side projection, using a real picture of an elephant, which is a good technique I use myself when making animals, but you need to go one step further. After doing the side projection you need to create a new UV layer, unwrap the tecture as you would if you were going to hand paint it, and then bake the side projection on to the new unwrapped texture sheet. From there you can go in and edit the texture using blur, smudge and clone tools to deal with the ugly parts you get on the top of the body, and on the trunk. The results will be much better looking, though it takes some work.
Also the materials used should have the specular setting turned down to near zero.
Other than that it looks like a really great project. Really promising. I’ll be watching this one.
I’ll put many system together so this game has many thing like.
player status and skill system it has a bit of RPG feeling.
building and crafting system too so this game look a bit like minecraft with zombie too.
