well in most of the benchmarks that tiny heat sink kept it under 65c because the card uses so little power.
the 750 ti is actually an amazing little card for 160 dollars wiping the floor with some of the bigger ones in cuda rendering like the 660 ti and the 560 ti and the 760 its very close to a gtx 670
