Pagani Zonda 760 Roadster

Realy realy good, soo realistic.

never thought this car is that lowpoly

hey m8

can you make a tutorial about the car material ??
im working on a car too but the material looks kinda unreal.

Hi Jeroe. I’m using Octane for rendering, so my material uses octane specific nodes. There is a good tutorial for a cycles car paint here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXE5X3MkhfM

Here is my node setup for Octane. It basically uses a noise texture to create the metal flakes, and a falloff node which makes faces that point away from the camera a different colour to the ones facing the camera. I also use a bump map to create the subtle ripples you get in the lacquer.

thanks man, maybe i should try octane too because your car paint and renders looks hyper realistic.

Yeah, I’m digging the realism!
Totally gorgeous work, keep it up!

Thanks guys. The car is now complete!

I’ve added details to the car, and changed the environment a bit. I’ve also created a ‘walkaround’ animation using camera tracking - but it will take a while to render that. I will update on here and add to finished projects when that animation is complete (possibly after a GPU upgrade). In the meantime here are some stills.

This is some great work

That will be cool! I can’t wait to see that!

Maybe you should look into getting it rendered on a renderfarm. I’m not sure how much it would cost, though.
