I like the concept
This is definitely a totally awesome render/concept/composition, just one thing: the image feels a bit strange, I think I’m missing something like a counterweight on the Nessi below the water, something to balance and keep his heavy head floating above the water. But maybe this “tension” makes the image even more intriguing. Brilliant work for sure!
Yea, I’d also skip couple details due to really charming and funny result
