Hi paul, nice stuff you got there.
I think the first acting scene is weaker then the rest of your reel, In my opinion you should put it somewhere else in the reel, or even remove or rework on it - at least the lipsync which is a bit off.
The second animation and the last acting piece are definitely the best in my opinion

Ok I keep in mind that 
I 'll certainly create a new shot because I also think the 1st one is not that good compare to the others.
