Cant remember the precise rendertime but it was about 12-14 hours on CPU but i also have a crappy computer that time.
The ligtningsetup is pretty simple. Just to Arealamps and a HDR to the skyenv.

The ceiling and wall texture looks to me like it’s from The Architecture Academy.
I think your images lack contrast. I’d expect deeper blacks in the furniture and the painting on the wall. It looks washed out.
