I agree with the eyes. The grass has lots of detail and you did a very good job with that. I second (or whatever number) the request for the .blend. I’m curious to see how you did the blur of the wings. Motion blur?

May I ask, how you made the “hair” on the grass/plant? Did you use the new Cycles Strand Rendering? And how did you set up the light?
Here’s a good way to reduce noise. I’ve tried some of them, and they work well!

The floating particles are spheres with some blur and defocus added to them, but the rest of the background is just an image.

I simply used motion blur on the wings.

To make the hair I used the blender hair particles and used textured planes in place of the hair strands. For the lighting I used two sun lamps and one emitting plane.
