The only thing missing is some dirt. The white/grey building parts are way to plane/clean. Just add som wear, dirt and grime 
just a little small things, this adds to scale ref. And lift exposure a bit. That what I think IMHO 
I think what is throwing you off is comparable sizes of the two rightmost houses. The two on the left have a continued line of separation between the first and second floors, but the one all the way on the right has a much higher face. Part of this is because it appears to be on a hill, but the space from the top of the door to the second floor is much larger, and the door is narrower. I think that might be what is throwing the proportions out of whack.
