Wow, there is some good quality entries this week. mik1190 picked a good topic with lots of room for interpretation.
Here is mine, cycles and converted to black & white in Paint.net. Not quite finished but I have no more time this weekend.

@Ryeath i know what you mean this was my first time trying to create a scene with animated marble.
wanted to do more stuff but time was running out on me.
rendered my scene about ten time because, i kept adding.
