got a coupƩ myself, love the model, great work
all those details are mind blowing
OK, this one is really good. Would love to know how you put this one together. HDR background, but what about the road and such? Composited using shadows? Nice work. I would not doubt that this was a photo if I was told that it was.
In blender itās only white diffuse plane on separate layer to catch shadow. Camera is adjust to fit for background plate available for this HDR. All composite go through GIMP.
Some new render.
great work again! a studio shot in a blueblack carpaint would also be cool but this āalmandinrotā color is also nice
Wow, this is soooo good!
Iām amazed at the attention to detail here!
This is sure to be a top row feature when you post up the finished project!
Absolutely great work!
Wow Wow awesome carsā¦:eek::eek::eek:
The model is really nice but the compositing needs fixing.
Especially since the problem with the cycles shadow catcher technique is that it gives way too much bounce from the ground, which makes things on the underside of the car way too bright and at the wrong angles.
I wished the dev team would finally give us proper shadow catchers in cycles.
Hey dude, ground braking stuff you did there !
Im just also starting out with car modeling and I would find it nice if you could tell me your workflow. Like for example, how to do the car panelns and such, because there are different ways with seperating etc.
Cheers and keep up the good work!
PS: Some more work on the materials would do the renders waaay better, just sayin
oā¦ my workflow is actually chaotic. This is the first model that I am doing in a blender, not counting the models make, while learning basic from the blender book. Materials are constantly improving and trying to create own. You can download first version low-poly car and old mesh body model from blender swap.
