You can only add one object to snap to in the shrinkwrap modifier settings
Duplicate objects, join them, use shrinkwrap modifier, thats not what you asked.
Vertex groups and add as many shrinkwrap modifers you want for different objects.

i can assign part of the vertices to one object and the other part to another object
Having to duplicate and join objects isn’t a very good workflow. Would be great if stuff like shrinkwrap, bone shrinkwrap constraint could have multiple object targets.
