short question: When i have make hair with Blender (2.74) (particles in Cycles-mode) on a make human model (1.0.2) can i reimport the model with hair from Blender to make human… or better: seperating the hair that i can change it to other make human models in make human?

As far as I know - and I am pretty sure - makehuman itself do NOT support any particle / blender re-import function(s).
The only way to “import” blender created things to makehuman at all is by using the BlenderTools: http://www.makehuman.org/download.php. Tutorials (e. g. how to make clothing) can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/user/MHmaker/videos. Maybe this is somehow helpful for you…
