Blender for Concept Art/Design Architectural Sculpting?

So! We all know that Zbrush is in the lead for sculpting living beings like humans to creatures.
…But what are your thoughts on using Blender for
sculpting of interiors and exteriors of architecture, that a concept artist has given the blueprints(side view, top view, 3/4 view of say the exterior of the building) for?
