What result did you get and in what way did that not meet the result you wanted to achieve?
Really tricky to know what is the ‘desired result’
Here is a node setup where you can change the colour in the diffuse node
It uses the colour from the image simply as a factor to merge the diffuse shader and the glass/white shader
This is the desired result, just to change the color of it. Hue wasn’t working. I ended up not really liking the concept and we’re going with something else, but very useful to know! Thanks man.
