Baking textures replaced by a single one

Hi there,I recently started to work with Blender,and run into a few problems which I managed to solve,but this is not the case.I made a level for my game which I use in Unity,and proceeded to texture it.I used different materials,and each one had only one texture on it,unwrapped them,baked the textures,and when baking was done,my other textures were replace by the same one(the first texture).I tried using different layers,and tried using multiple textures on the same material,however,without success.I have this issue for 3 days now,I cannot find an answer,and got trough every single texture baking tutotrial I could find.I also tried creating a new texture image(1024 pixel),and using that for baking my textures on.Is there I am doing something wrong,because I have no more ideas on what to do.
