Hey everyone,
Here are some of my best Sculpts for SculptJanuary 2016. The goal was 31 sculpts in 31 days with a different topic each day :smiley:
It was an awesome challenge! A great exercise and a lot of fun :smiley:

Wow this is really top notch work. I take it then that the goal was to sculpt one art work each day then. Super work, Wolvie and the Joker are probably my favourite of the lot.

Nope. It’s actually the Beast from Over the Garden Wall :wink: I’d say at least equaly as terrifying :smiley:

Wow, fantastic work! And one each day!
I really like the horned lion thing (sorry, I don’t know it’s proper name), but I think my favourite is E.T (because it looks like something that I might keep on my mantelpiece).

Can you say how much time you spent each day on the sculpts?

Thanks! Most days I just had the evening after work to finish them :smiley:
The time spend for each range roughly from 1 to 3,5 hours :wink:

Oh and the lion thing is a chimera cub :wink:

Have you considered getting any of these 3d printed? I bet the octopus one would make for an awesome silver pendant, and the chimera would be super cool in any material!

Nope I haven’t thought about 3D printing them before but you are right. I would really like to have the little chimera or E.T. in physical form but I’d first have to work a bit more on them :wink: To spare time with some sculpts I actually just put the detail on the surfaces the camera shows.
I’ll have to think about it, thanks for pointing it out :smiley:
