Overlapping Keys: How To Identify

I’ve been working with animations in Blender for a bit now and I’ve noticed there are situations where I’d copy and paste keys for looping animations and the poses for certain bones don’t match up. My guess is that there are overlapping keys but I have/don’t know a way to go about finding that out. Is/Are there shortcuts or methods on finding if I have overlapping keys/preventing it from occurring? Please and thank you!

There are a couple of ways to clean up keys. The easiest way is through the dopesheet editor. In that editor, in the key menu, there is an option to clean key frames. I think the keys you need to clean need to be selected to use this. Been a bit since I used that tool… YMMV…
