Set of addons for complex meshes

I would like someone to develop a bunch of addons and tools for blender to annalize, process and modify automatically and manually very complex meshes resulted from scans made by camera scanner.

I know my needings which are quite specific but i dont have enough knowledges to program it. I have some very basic knowledge of python so i can probably make adjustments to the plugins developed by others.

Of course i pay for all that work done. I will pay per addon finnished and we will agree the price for each addon at the start of the work.

At the end of the development maybe i will be thinking to arrange everything with a very friendly UI. But thats another project.

If this is stereoscopic(pixelcloud) and alike then I can help. Plz. let me know what the data set and results required are.

Sorry i didnt see the message. No its not point cloud its meshes already tesselated.

Anyway its good to know you can manage point clouds… maybe in the future i may need your help.
