This might be suggesting a “complete newbie” preferred type of volunteer work.
I probably should have said, “preferably a newbie”
The project could help them build up a bit of a portfolio/display their art in a collaborative website eventually
I guess I’m saying people with not much to show for themselves atm are more then welcome
