Animate object transparency in GLSL mode

Hi, I’m Francesco and I am a new member. I am glad to be a part of this forum.
I want to thank those who want to helm me.
I use blender 2.74 with MacOSX and I have a problem with GLSL Mode.
I want to create a cube, apply a texture and animate transparency in GLSL mode.
I created a cube and I applied a texture.
I set GLSL mode in shading panel and I can see the textured cube in my 3Dviewport.
Then in my material panel I set ZTransparency in Alpha 0 at keyframe 1 and Alpha 100 in keyframe 100.
When I animate the cube transparency doesn’t change… why?

Mmmmm… where am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Works correctly for me.

Supply a link to your blend file for review

Then in my material panel I set ZTransparency in Alpha 0
Did you enable the transparency checkbox

Hi Richard, I think I Know the problem. If I use a texture image in .jpeg doesn’t works but If I use a .tga file It works well.
Is it right?

i bet it will work for my game project asset object as well
