Texture baking seems to be skipping some parts

For whatever reason, certain parts of it do not fill in like it should. I’ve checked to make sure the normals are right in those areas, I’ve tried adding higher poly counts in those areas, and it just… Keeps doing what’s shown there.
Does anyone know what’s going on here?

So how are we supposed to test out the baking if you don’t bother including a .blend file so we know nothing about what your scene looks like or settings being used ! .
Please supply a demo blend file for ALL support questions. Otherwise you’re making it 13x more difficult for anyone to help you.
