How to rotate local view of the 3D view?

When I’m using lamps with rotation as local camera, and I switch back to the perspective view, it is not well rotated like the screenshot.

Is there a way to quickly change the rotation to align my horizon line?
A shortcut or something?

The only ways I know is to use the views on the numpad (side, top, etc) and then move the view but I will lost my initial position. And the second way is to use the old orbit trackball style instead of the turntable one. But I prefer the new one.

Can I change only the Y location of the view for example to adjust it to to horizon? even with Python? I didn’t see anything to do that.
How do you do to deal with that!?

Shift + Ctrl + Scroll wheel or Shift + Numpad 4 or 6.

Oh nice! I didn’t know that, thank you
Is there a way to be more precise? decrease the “step” of the scroll that is quite big.

Wrong answer here… see below.

User Preferences / Interface / Rotation Angle.

Thank you ramboblender.

I was having the same issues using my Multiple Cameras on my FLOWER CHILD PROJECT Drawing.

Thanks, ramboblender.

The thing that I noticed was that I had to highlight the Object to be viewed first for it to work properly. Otherwise, the Perspective/Ortho View offsetted to another Camera Location.
