Transparency and Toon edge Render problem

So here’s a problem i have always had with that edge toon render in the post processing tab.

My problem is that if i have an object with a texture that requires transparency… in this case a piece of cloth with holes in it… i set the texture, lower the alpha to zero and all that to get it to view right… but with the toon rendering on, the outline of the objects behind this cloth on the character shows through the cloth because it is technically a transparent object…

Is there a way to fix this so i can still have transparency for the texture, but still keep the line from appearing through it?
