Do I actually need a merchant account to withdraw money from Freelancer.com?

Okay so I don’t know which sub forum to post this so I’ll just post this here

I tried to withdraw money in freelancers.com 15 days ago

Then it said it was “unsuccesful”

There is literally no mention of needing to do something in paypal

Hopefully someone who has used freelancers.com can answer me.

My first attempt at withdrawal was unsuccessful from what I remember. Give it another try.
