Can't copy objects between blender files anymore?

I used to be able to select some objects, press “CTRL+C”, open a new file, and paste them into the new file without any problem. Now, for some reason, that doesn’t happen anymore. Whenever I click “CTRL+C”, it just opens up a “Copy attributes” menu. What happened to copying objects?

Did you intentionally activated the addon “Copy Attributes Menu”?

By the way, I love Copy&Paste from one instance of Blender to another. It is a pity that only work with objects, not with nodes.

Apparently that was activated. Strange I don’t remember activating it, but thanks.

Hey! I just saw that in Blender 2.76 with Copy Attributes Menu addon an option “Copy Selection to Buffer” appear. So now you can have enabled the addon and copy objects between instances!
