Need to buy a new graphic card. Is the GTX 980 TI 6GB or GTX 980 4GB fully compatible with blender? I’am on windows 8, 8 gb ram, core I5, psu 620 watt. Mobo Asrock z97 pro 4.

Hi, the GTX 900 series if full compatible with Blender Cycles.
You can use you Intel HD chip for display, if you not a gamer, and the GTX for render only.
Give you snappy system during preview render/setup in Blender.
If you use one card for display and Cycles system starts lagging during render/preview.

Thanks. Should i configure my bios to able me to use Intel hd chip? The asrock z97 pro 4 has a dvi entry and i have 2 graphic card actually. gtx 750 ti 2gb and a gtx 560 ti 1 gb which i will remove for the gtx 980…
