UV rendering issue

hi i am new to blender and i have been trying to learn UV mapping i followed a tutorial on youtube you can find under the name of
Blender modeling and texturing simple medieval house / Blender - středověký důmand it was going well for me till i rendered using f12 which surprised me by this image


while in rendered view it looked just fine

in this picture using shift z

Difficult to tell without seeing your blend file,

Does your object have a subsurf modifier ? If so, in the modifier settings have you set the viewport and render to show the same number of subdivisions ? A subsurf modifier will change the mesh and can distort UV mapped textures unless you enabled the ‘Use UV’ option in the UV unwrap options or used edge creasing or additional geometry to minimise distortion.
