Older versions of Blender still in my hard drive

Hey Blenderartitsts.org,

I’m wondering whether the file folders from previous versions of Blender has some uses. If so, what can I do with them?

To update Blender, I usually run the set-up at the same file location without uninstalling the older versions.

It would be nice if I could clear some space unless the old files can still be useful.

The existing files will only be of any use if you reinstall an older version of blender, and then only really if you have some custom settings/addons. If you don’t plan to do that then you can just delete them. they play no part in newer blender versions.
