I know little to nothing about cycles and such. So say I have a basic blueprint render in cycles, I want to fade the blueprint into the real picture(without blueprint effect) on the right side of the camera.
Here is a example of the style I want to achieve.

One option is to render both views and then mix the two renders with a blend texture. If you want to use different render settings for each view then use duplicate scenes, each scene has independent render settings. Example blend file attached
