Hi, this is only a warning about your GPU.
This happen with old cards (3-4 years or older) or integrated Intel chips.
Blender work but not all display features are working.
You can disable it in UP.

I don´t understand what you mean.
Please create System Info in Help menu and copy it from Blender test editor to http://www.pasteall.org/
Make sure you have the latest display driver for your system.
