feature request - mask shutter offset

Greetings everyone.

Been doin’ heavy rotoscoping for past few days in blender. And everything is quite great, its much faster than i expected. Much faster! But there is one feature i missed quite often. It’s mask shutter offset, for motion blurred masks. The parameter should be just under motion blur settings in mask node (node editor, composite). And mask motion blur preview whether in clip editor or image editor (mask mode obviously) would make rotoscoping in blender just perfect.
