Cycles wierd shadering?

Hey, so i was gonna render a model and hes face looks very wierd in render mode, but normal off-renderd?

It is only the face that looks like this even though the body is the same model.

And yes i know it looks like Double faces or Edge split but i have checked and there are non.

If its not double faces then what else? :S

Supply a blend file just with the affected part of the model

Have you checked for flipped normals?
