Cuda device supported only with compute capability 2.0 or up, found 1.1

Hey guys:

I have a Dell Latitude E6400 I recently resurrected with Linux (Ubuntu 15.04) and am trying to setup GPU rendering for it.

I get the above error when I try to render, the GPU is a Nvidia Quadro NVS 160M. I have installed the 6.5 Toolkit and Blender picks it up and sets to it under User Preferences fine. Feature set is set to Experimental. Blender is the latest version 2.75a.

I know this is older hardware but is there anyway of this working? The CPU is a Intel P9700 2.5Ghz Dual Core, would this be faster even if it did work with the GPU?

Thanks.

Cycles gpu rendering requires a graphics card with compute capability of 2 http://www.blender.org/manual/render/cycles/gpu_rendering.html
The error message indicates that your graphics card does not meet this requirement, check the spec of your card whether this is so
