Apartment Building

I know this is terrible but I honestly don’t know how to fix it. I’m pretty sure the issue is the materials/textures and lighting but I don’t know any way around them

For a wall ( see example below ) I use the following node setup.

The idea behind is that to me is seems that walls and roads etc, appear to be darker further away when looking from an angle like this.
I use for that a layer weight.

watch this to get better looking materials:

I checked CynicatPro his shader but when putting the roughness high the grazing angles get lighter. That is the opposite of what I experience when I walk on asphalt on a sunny day. Below me I see, when I walk, that the lighter part seems to follow me, and the road a few meters away appear to be darker. So the same with walls.
So I thought “maybe glossy materials look lighter on grazing angles and rough materials look darker on grazing angles”. I hope someone could explain what I experience with asphalt and walls.

Below a render with Cynicapro his shader but with some additional nodes.
( I am struggling usually with imported normal maps from other programs in blender, that why that strange correction ).
