Where's the current theme name stored?

in other words, How do i know what theme preset is selected?

Been looking for it at context.user_preferences but cant find it.

It’s pretty simple: it’s not stored anywhere, thus you never know. It’s temporarily available as an UI property, but only until a restart of Blender.
