Good tip! Here it is in plain text:
The “/” key is the “Local View” key, a sort of “hide everything except this” key. When you’re working on a complicated scene with lots of objects, and you need to edit one, it’s handy to be able to filter out all the other stuff with one keypress.
Select your object and hit the / key. Now you’re in “Local View”! At any time, hit the / key to toggle in and out of Local View. If you have several objects selected, they’ll remain visible. If you have nothing selected, nothing happens.
