Transfer models by exporting/importing as .obj files. Be at the subdivision level you want to transfer

What do you actually want to do ?

do a animation with the zbrush model in blender

is goB zbrush plugin useful for making animation in blender ?

GoB transfers models between zbrush and blender.
Nothing to do with animations. If you want to animated then look to use lower res models and bake details to normal or displacement maps

" lower res models and bake details to normal or displacement maps"
can you tell me the workflow with that?, if you do a low res, then the details at the mouth will dissapear, its probably not gonna be a mouth anymore and all the other places, eye ,ears etc. what then?

Your model doesn’t seem to have any significant high resolution detail anyway so just make sure the topology is suitable for your needs
