How to add a fluid object during fluid simulation

Lets say I have a fluid simulation running from frame 1 to 250.

I would like to have a new fluid object primitive appear in the domain at frame 100.

How can I do this so this fluid object is not part of the simulation at frame 1 to 100?

This is only possible for Inflow and Outflow objects. There you can set Keyframes to the enabled Checkbox.
