My hands aren't working out.

Hey, guys,

I’ve got this hand and basically, it’s just got too many vertices to join on to the wrist. (The wrist has 8, the last loop on the hand has 27.) So could someone PLEASE tell me how to shrink them down without creating tris or N-Gons?
